Option 2. DIY: Take Photos/Start your estimate request from your house:
Click the link below to enter your cell phone #. You will use your smartphone/tablet to submit photos and collision damage info. It’s easy. You can do this at your convenience 24 hours a day/7 days a week from anywhere you have an internet connection.
Please do not just take photos and send to us, as your insurance company mandates photos from a certain angle/distance from your vehicle. The app is programmed to give you the correct settings.

For Smartphone Estimates: This service requires an iphone or android mobile device in order to capture the photos required.
The Carwise CCC® Engage software system walks you through exactly what photos to take, what angle, and from what distance so that our team has a detailed view of the vehicle and damage. The standardized format allows us to provide immediate feedback as to whether the car is repairable, and if so, to provide an initial estimate—all from your smartphone or tablet computer – all day, any day.

Please briefly describe your vehicle damage. In addition, if your vehicle is not drivable, let us know and we will arrange for a tow. Once at our shop, we will take photos of the damage as they are required to submit to all insurance company’s to begin the claim process and for our records.
